Recently took in my bike for a service. I had bought the bike second hand and didn’t have any history on it. Mitch was super nice, gave honest feedback regarding nothing needing replacing and provided a super quick turnaround. Bike runs like it was new again.
Serviced my Canyon Endurace Road Bike. Fixed cassette, brakes & cabling, wheel truing, cleaning and general service. The bike ran like new even better post service. The mechanic is truly passionate about his work. Money well spent. Highly recommended: cyclist 3+ years.
Had my old bike serviced here, great timing for lockdown. Mitch was very knowledgeable and great to deal with.

It's so good to have a shop that understands that cycling isn't generic and at Cycle Culture Brisbane, the bespoke is what I appreciate. Cool Bunch of Guys! Didn't know they were here until I stumped across them and bought a new Orbea Orca! I've hunted many shops for one of these and these guys were simply the most helpful dude's I've ever come across in any bike shop! Keep on wrenching guys!
Heard about these guys through a work colleague. Took my MTB in, told them what I was looking for. Left it with them to make the upgrade. And now she feels like a new bike. Outstanding customer service.

Stopped in to get my tyres pumped for a ride along the Kedron Brook Bikeway, The guy working I'm assuming Mitch? was super friendly and helpful, offered some great advice about my commute to the Valley along some different routes - I'm very new to cycling, but keen to learn more as a result of visiting this awesome shop.
Mitch in an awesome mechanic who is meticulous in his work and tells you how it is. Somewhere behind the beard is a friendly face and a local mechanic you can trust.
