The main shop has staff that know bikes and ride bikes, not just try and sell things. The workshop crew just really enjoy their work and are always so positive with their attitude too. Easy parking and access make it heaps better also.

For health reasons, I decided to get back on my old bike, but it needed a lot of work, so it was cheaper to get a new one. I didn't want to spend the earth and I am very happy with my Pedal Mountain Bike. I was extremely well looked after by the friendly, capable staff at 99 Bikes at Chermside, especially Giuseppe. I'm 60 now, so this will probably be my last bike, but I have to say I'm enjoying cycling again, but only on bike paths. Far too dangerous on the roads these days! 👍

Best staff! The guys that helped me was fantastic and offered some great information and follow up services for my bike! Loved going to a retail store and actually being looked after!

Great staff and service, comprehensive range of goods just a pity you moved from the old site which allowed a better display and did not feel so cramped.
