I went to the Anaconda store in Everton Park on 13 August 2025, Wednesday to get my son's bike repaired faulty brakes. I met with Craig who was going to complete the repair work. Craig was absolutely amazing and very professional. He completed the repair work while i was there and made sure everything was tested and working. He took the time and was very patient and professional in his work. He methodically worked through each step and tested everything more than once. Craig was fabulous and so generous that he did everything with passion and care. Thanks Craig for your excellent service. You are awesome.

Wow I loved the service I received from Ben Wigham while shopping here. [Sorry I'm pretty sure I misspelled your name!!] He was so attentive and came back and checked on us while managing multiple customers.
