Great customer service and support! I spoke to Andrea and she was very friendly and helpful the whole time. She kept helping and providing suggestions, even after we found out that the bike model and size I was after was unfortunately out of stock at their shop. Excellent customer service!

I've had my bike serviced here now three times and I'm very happy with the work done. This time was a simple tyre change and they discovered a unrelated safety issue I hadn't seen and fixed it too. Andrea was also very helpful in showing me options for my next upgrade. Thanks.

Absolutely terrible service. James lied about having a model and size in stock I was looking for when I called a day earlier to confirm. Once at the shop he tried selling me a different model and the next size up lying again that it was the correct size for the rider when it absolutely was not. His lies continued with statements like that the model amd size I was looking for would be available by the evening which quickly turned into availability in a week. Thoroughly disappointed with this lack of honesty and customer service. I expected better from Trek.

I recently purchased a Marlin 6 Gen 2. Getting back into riding after many years I had many questions and needed honest advice to guide me in the right direction. Lachlan was very friendly and knowledgeable, he understood my needs and was able to answer all my questions and provide excellent advice, without any pressure to purchase. I was even able to test ride a bike, which really helped in choosing the right bike for me. After sale service has been brilliant as Lachlan was more then happy to make adjustments to my bike and install some accessories for me. I know Trek is a fantastic brand, but I am so pleased to have found a bike store where the service and care is exceptional!

Sam and Luc and Joanne were all very helpful all throughout the purchase of my new Project One Domane SLR 8 Disc. When I found out the Bupa discount I thought I was getting didn't apply to Project One bikes information another store had slightly mislead me on Sam threw in a top-of-the-line Bontrager helmet and gave me a discount on some new high end Bontrager shoes. Every couple of weeks Sam updated me via email or phone how the progress of the new build was going and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process. When the bike arrived I asked if they could take some photos of the process of putting it all together and they happily obliged. Unfortunately the bike was delayed from the US by a couple of weeks and I had to have surgery during that time so by the time I got my bike I wasn't able to get it fitted or to ride it. So I'll add in an update later regarding the fitment process once I've been given the all clear from the surgeon to get back in the saddle. Highly recommend based on my experience. EDIT: Been riding this bike now for a few weeks and can't begin to describe how happy I am with it. As per my post above, when I had the all -clear from the surgeon, I went back to the store to get the bike fitted and turns out the tweaks I'd made to it for when I had done a couple of indoor rides on the trainer aligned pretty closely with my perfect configuration. I asked Sam for a fraction more upright fit because of my back with the front handlebars but the cable lengths wouldn't quite allow it so we went as far as we could, made a compromise and agreed we would go more upright if I wanted when I brought it back for a second fit. However after riding it now over a few hundred k's it is so much more compliant and comfortable than my old bike I'm actually thinking of making it a fraction more aggressive! I did 155 km's last Saturday and had virtually no stiffness in my neck or shoulders I used to get with my old bike. With my preferred cadence I try to sit around 80-90 but sometimes I found there was a bit too much compliance in the rear Isospeed de-coupler at higher cadences of 90-100 which caused me to start bouncing in the seat a bit - so I changed the slider on the decoupler to reduce the compliance and I found it to be much better over a range of cadences. To give you some more context to the compliance of this bike, when I first rode it, I had a horrible thought that the tyres were almost flat when exiting the driveway for the first time onto the street - it was so soft I stopped and checked but found the tyres to be fairly hard. I realised with the fatter tyres 28's not 23's, the carbon wheels and the front and rear decoupler's that the bumps were softened considerably. UPDATE: After 3 years, a small crack appeared under the paint on the top tube so I went back to the store for them to have a look at it, they immediately assessed it as a replacement frame under the lifetime warranty. I picked out the new Domane and was willing to pay extra for the 'psychedelic marble' paint job but they ended up saying because I'd previously purchased a custom paint job I could get it for no extra cost. It took about 8 months for the frame to be ordered and arrive. Luc at the store swapped everything over and threw in some new bar tape for no extra cost. I'd just upgraded the 11sp mechanical dura ace to the 12 sp di2 dura ace so now I have my dream bike, it looks absolutely amazing, plus it shifts and rides brilliantly.

Great experience... Staffs are friendly and has good knowledge.. would highly recommend visiting this store if you are looking for a new bike.

I recently purchased a Trek FX3 and received excellent service from both Lachlan and James. I’ve have to return it a couple of times for a very minor adjustment and let me say that nothing was too much trouble for these two guys. If you are looking to purchase a new bike I would highly recommend Trek, Springvale. No pressure too purchase, plenty of bikes to choose from and you can even go for a test ride. The after sales service is brilliant!

Dan was excellent- fitted bike rack to my car and tested everything- happy with product and service- left with peace of mind. Nothing was too much trouble. Good product- in budget.

Absolutely will not send my bike there for a service ever again - twice sent there for a premium service only to be disappointed with 1 cable fray due to catching on bolts of stem when turning and 2 gear change was not even tuned properly nor do I believe there was disassembly of the bike components for a check
