1300 Bike Move

This company is a booking company only. I had my Harley Davidson transported from Canberra to Adelaide. On pick up it was recommended to not place the bike in transport mode, I questioned this 3 times and was told it was not necessary. On arrival the battery had been disconnected, obviously because the alarm was sounding. The battery was replaced 3 weeks prior during a service and had to be replaced again because it was too flat to hold any charge. Because this is a booking they take no responsibility for any damages or issues from the sub contractors they use and simply pass you on to the sub contractors to make a damage claim. The bike was quite dirty when it arrived, nothing that couldn’t be cleaned off, but not sure how it got that dirty in an enclosed vehicle. In short, don’t listen to the advice you get from the removalist and don’t expect much from this booking company if you have any issues, they will just pass the buck to the sub contractor they used for the move.
