In the home maker centre. Always been very quiet and full of stores you would only visit for a special purpose. The Anaconda is up near the too so a bit of a walk. It's always been quiet too. They had a wide selection of popular outdoor goods. I reckon they operate in the low to medium end of the market but cover everything. Well worth a look. Parking has always been good.
Great experience, shout out to Ebony who went above and beyond to help us with our hiking shoes. We came to get some shoes, but unfortunately the ones at the front didn't come in our size so we were going to order online. She went out the back and found a few models in the correct size for us to try on. Definitely coming back again!
Sunday 2.45pm. One person on register Anthony - working very hard with a great attitude. 20 people in queue. Store is a complete bomb-site. Crap everywhere. Someone needs to take charge here.
I feel like this place is very short-staffed. At least 15 people are waiting at checkout with just one staff member at the registers. The store was messy beyond imaginable, even I couldn't navigate through the store. Worse still while it's short staffed it was difficult to ask them simple things as there were not many working. Whoever is managing this place, do something.
Ordered a click and collect for a size L North Face Canister Bag, but ended up receiving a size S. If I never measured the bag, I wouldn't have known I was given the wrong product since my Canister Bag, and many other Canister Bags in Anaconda, did not have a tag/label on it.
