I had an amazing experience at Anaconda Springvale store this week. The team member Kiki was so helpful. She went over and above to assist with our enquiries and was just so polite and professional. Customer service 10/10. I would happily go back to this store again.
Raj was rude and had no product knowledge of what the store is selling.nnI had to come back to know how the item was used because he himself does not know how to open the reservoir.nnWhen I came back spoke to him again he had a hard time opening it initially. When he did he said you have to pump it. So I thought if the person whom I giving it to, who happens to be disabled, can do it. So I was thinking for a while. Then he said, it is not a shower. Which I know, the only issue was it has to be pumped so I was in a crossroad of either buying this or something that has a submersible pump. Then he left, he spoke to the person in counter laughing.nHis actions were appalling.
Amazing customer service. Two fine young ladies at the counter helped me to locate an elusive item and also helped me to use my click and collect coupon to redeem the discount. Definitely made my day on how they served me. Will go back again! 23/1/26
Went there yesterday to buy a bicycle for my daughter. First I called the store and someone named Anthony picked up. and he was very helpful and provided all the information i needed. And when i visited the store to finally buy it, he was super helpful too. Great attitude even though he was handling multiple things at the same time. Rarely come across people work at sales like this nowadays.
The young lady who was working the checkout around 4:30 Thursday the 29th of January, should be given praise from her manager, I was there to witness her professionally and respectfully handle a difficult customer over the phone and then proceed to deliver great customer service. Sadly I can’t remember her name but hopefully this reaches her.
