Ashley was a great guy. Pumped the tires up on my bike for nothing.and helped put the wheel back on. Also adjusted brakes. I would recommend him to anyone with bike problems. Also asked about how much a service would cost which was a reasonable price.

We have nine bikes in our family and Ashley has now worked his magic on all of them. He has diagnosed and fix problems big and small. With his encyclopedic knowledge of bike mechanics he often provides unusual, custom solutions to issues most LBS's wouldn't touch. He adapted my di2 drivetrain to smoothly run a 32 cassette and found an ingenious way to add 3 more gears onto my sons 3 gear internal hub, giving him a renewed appetite for riding.

Ash is the rare bike mechanic that knows how things work, can fix anything, make special parts, modify and correct others' bodges. I wouldn't use anyone else. He doesn't have an agenda to sell you new stuff, He listens to what you want done and does it for a fair price.

To Ashley and his team, Thanks so Very Much for fixing the Gears on my bike. I have just been on a 2 hour test ride and it was fantastic, cant believe the difference and all over such a small item. Nice to be able to deal with some guys who really know what they are talking about and do not rip you off. Will be back for sure, Thanks again, Tony Salvage.

HGR provides a great service for a great price. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none. If you want a quality service HGR is the bike shop you're looking for.
