I stayed in their budget room. The windows are double glazed but that wasn't enough to stop the constant road noise. Poor lighting within the room & a cramped bathroom. Spend a little more and stay elsewhere. Staff were friendly, and the morning sunlight was wonderful.

Clean  place to stay, staff was good and  helpful. The Hotel  was walking  distance  to the shops and restaurants  ant water. Great view  from the  room you  see  the ferrys go by. Hoburt is a great  place to visit.so many things  to see.

if only it has a larger bathroom. it will be perfect for its price range. staffs of hotels are very helpful.

Very Disappointing, booked a room for the 23rd of March instead of 23rd of February by accident. As soon as I clicked book I realised what I had done and emailed the company to see if I could change the date or get a refund this was with in two minutes of clicking book, they responded with a email telling me they couldn’t change the booking and that they were charging me a $138.59 cancellation fee! Terrible customer service! Especially when its almost 6 weeks from the date so they have ample time to get another booking. Definitely won’t be booking with this company ever again

Everything is in an average and acceptable level. Wouldn't be a place to dislike and will come back again in future!
