I stay I this hostel since one month and half, I really enjoy it and I may stay even longer.nThe location is great, the accommodation too, but the strong point of this hostel is all the people here. The mood with the guests is pretty nice and the people working here are all very kind, friendly and ready to help.nFor example, when someone starts to harass the other guests, or make someone feeling not well or unsafe, the security guy is always ready to fix the problem, with calm and authority. That’s also what helps this place to keep safe, and permite to fellow like at home.nI recommend 100%!

This is a great hostel, I would recommend a 6 bedroom dorm for a longer stay as they are very cozy and out of the way. The kitchen is open 24 hours a day, cleaned regularly and there is a night manager on every night to help you with anything you might need. I have never stayed in a hostel with better staff than here, if you have any issues or general questions or or lock yourself out of your room in the middle of the night  they are always more than willing to help you out! All around super friendly and welcoming vibe.

This is by far the best and most wholesome hostel I've ever been to. When I first came here I immediately made friends and all the staff is super friendly. I like it so much in fact, that after 3 months I'm still living here! We're like a family. The vibes are great and if you're looking to find a warm and happy place, the pickled frog is for you! The only downside is that you don't wanna leave.. BEST PLACE IN HOBART!

This hostel has the perfect mix of great location, good vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere. Even if everything is not perfect, the staff is friendly and makes you feel at home, like part of a little travel family. It's probably the best hostel in Hobart!nI met some amazing people and made great memories! A sincere thank you for making my stay in Tassie so special!

Amazing hostel, especially Maria has been terrific and she knows how to handstand and make awesome coffees. Definitely one of the most social hostels I’ve ever been to in all of Australia. I’ve stayed here now for 5 weeks and have never been disappointed!
