I appreciate that when I checked in the staff looked up my profile and their system and saw that I had requested a quiet room, and allocated me a room away from the lifts. The mattress was very comfortable not too hard. Great views from the higher floors, depending on the room you are in. Silent air conditioning / heating. The rooms are small but well laid out with nice modern decor. Convenient location within walking distance of restaurants, and a Skybus stop right outside the door.

We had an exceptional stay at ibis Hobart, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Amin at the reception. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with genuine warmth and made the check-in process smooth and effortless.nnDuring our conversation, Amin learned that I was bringing my father to Hobart to celebrate his birthday. To our surprise, he thoughtfully prepared a handwritten birthday card for my dad. This heartfelt gesture went far beyond standard service and truly touched us. My father was incredibly moved and kept smiling throughout the day.nnThank you, Amin, for creating such a warm and unforgettable experience for our family.

Fantastic hotel!nMr Good Bar restaurant below is excellent.nRooms were great with excellent view, nice decor etc.  Location central and easy to get around.nFacilities pool and sauna were excellent - I would stay here just to have those each day for use.nPrice was competitive considering similar offerings.

Nice hotel but not close to any small mini mart or access to get drinks/OJ etc.nThe room was very clean. The bed very comfortable.nThe staff at the bar and Mr Good guy were always happy to help. Had the best prawn Kway teow ever.nHad a nice stay. Tassie is wonderful.

The room itself was great, nice and clean, very good location BUT the breakfast was horrible… everything was so bland and not tasty… the fresh juice selection was beetroot and carrot! Who drinks this? No apples, orangesnThe bread used for breakfast was the cheapest possible quality-frozen bread for reheating… and on and onnI preferred to have one option but to be a nice quality item rather than variety that everything is bad…
