lovely little hotel (around 12 rooms I think) right at Hobart CBD area. stone's throw to all the major shopping arcades, wharf and pier, and salamanca market. because it's a small hotel, no lifts installed. the rooms are huge and basic amenities all available. breakfast available for in-house guests, but they take a long time to prepare, so make sure you have enough time. highly recommended.

Hotel room very small not much space to put bags. Shower also very small. Breakfast is just satisfactory but very hard to go to tours with pickups at 7 thirty when breakfast only opens at 7 - in which u have to wait for breakfast to be cooked. Hotel in a bit of a noisy area too. And hard to get suitcases up stairs to rooms.

Cozy small place, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Not the newest interior, but seemed to be well held and clean. Very central, but quiet (although that is mainly due to tassie)

Good accommodation but limited facilities in room. Room was not huge. Be careful of early closures at night when checking in.
