Only gave this restaurant a 1 star review because I couldn't give it 0. The only thing going for it was that when I asked for a full refund including our drinks, the manager obliged. Quite simply the worst dining experience I've ever had. The food court downstairs is more appealing

Just finished a meal in a quiet corner of Tia To - all agreed that it was excellent. The food was delicious and authentic and the service was polite and friendly. Recommended.

I have been to Tia To many times and always go when given the chance. I love their rice paper rolls, along with all of their entree's! All the food is very filling, so you get what you pay for. 9.5 times out of 10, the serving staff are super friendly. I say this, as I have only ever had one rude waiter, who kept smiling to a minimum, if not non-existent. Otherwise, I love the place. Perfect place to fill your tummy before I fun night at the casino!

Been here many times unfortunately this time had to send one meal back because of lack of taste and far to many noodle reorder another meal it has taken half hour so far and still no meal not good
