Really disappointing. The staff showed absolutely no interest in explaining the menu, did not attend to us regularly and we even struggled to get their attention to order food. It wasn’t a particular busy day, which makes the way we were treated so puzzling. The food was ok but I expected far better service for the price. The view and decor is lovely, but they need to improve customer service. We would have likely ordered more food and stayed longer had we received recommendations and/or more attentive service.

I booked the place for my partner's birthday for 4 people and when I asked for the champange and chocolate that are complimentary if you are a member of crown rewards program they refused to give. Even when I asked the staff at the front desk. Just too many excuses. The food was overpriced and not very nice. Service is appaling. Please do not waste your money on this restaurant. Very dissapointing birthday dinner! Never again! I have been celebrating birthdays for many years in Crown's many restaurants and this is the first time that it was ruined by the restaurant. Plus, no apology nothing from the management to explain what happened. I was so embarrased by the experience!

Beautiful restaurant. Stunning ambience. Food and service were both good without being great - not quite worth the hefty price tag.

Such a huge disappointment!! We went to Silks last night to celebrate a milestone birthday. Having taken our staff of over 30 on 2 occasions in recent years we knew this to be a great choice. How wrong could we have been. Poor service, cold food, and no value for money. Our local Chinese provides a far better meal than what we experienced last night.
