My family arrived for Mother’s Day lunch and were told our booking was wrong but they would “try” to accommodate us with a stroller (despite them calling to confirm our booking for “2 people and a stroller” only 2 days earlier). Once this was finally sorted, we sat down and were presented with yum cha menus, so we asked for the “main menu” (we had selected 2 dishes we specifically wanted to taste - the whole reason for us choosing Spice Temple. It’s hard to get out very often with a 9-month old…). The manager, Diana Montenegro, advised us that the “main menu” is only available for dinner — something not made clear anywhere on their website or the menu itself (or at the time of booking), and was extremely rude and argumentative when we pointed this out. She made no effort at all to remedy the situation, told us outright that we were wrong about their website / menu (which we’re not, have a look for yourself), and as we left let us know they were more than happy to arrange a table anytime if we wanted to come back and sample these dishes — yeah, right. Neil Perry, you should be ashamed of your poorly trained management, I’m still in disbelief I had this experience on Mother’s Day in a 2 hat restaurant.

Food here is Amazing! had one of the banquet options for a work function and absolutely loved it. I thankfully didnt have to pay as it can be pricey but would say its worth it if looking to treat yourself or visit on a special occasion.

The food and service here was amazing. My only complaint is that I started with the prawn wontons in an aged black vinegar dressing that was hands down one of the most amazing flavour combinations that I have ever had. Then no other dishes could match the wontons and then I was just chasing the flavour dragon for the rest of the meal and never was able to top it. You should definitely got here. You should definitely get the wantons. You should definitely not expect to eat anything better.

Lovely service and great selection of food. We had the limited-time Chinese New Year Banquet and each course was nicely presented and tasted delicious! Kudos to our waitress who was very attentive and helpful during our meal.

Loved the spicy selection of Asian Cuisine, cooked to perfection. Excellent service from the staff that perfectly complements the whole experience. Highly recommended.
