$65 is way too over priced for substandard food. People deserve to be served better quality food/experience. To Adem: (Manager today at lunch) when resolving customer issues we are not interested in which Crown Casino department is in the wrong, we need the problem solved and rectified swiftly! Maybe more training is needed. One star for the lovely female waitress that exudes management material in her concise manner with which she handled the situation when Riccardo overcharged us. You simply apologised and fixed it immediately, I almost didn’t have time to think, but I am happy and you should be recognised.(sorry forgot name) Thank you for reading my review.

Very nice all you can eat joint. Looked classy and was set up into sections so you didn't feel like you're waiting in a huge line to get the food you want like some other buffets. Staff were great and efficient. They took away dirty plates quickly. The turnover of food was frequent. So most things tasted pretty fresh. They had a decent selection of food on the night. But for $70 I expecting a bit more. Some decent deserts to choose from which was the highlight for me. I had a good night out that's for sure. But would I go back?.. Probably not. Not at that price anyway.

Honestly... This is probably the worst buffet in Melbourne. The selection of food was very limited and the service was not all that great. At other buffet restaurants, if there is a plate that needs to be cleared, a worker will take it away. However, at this restaurant the service was very slow; only when there was a stack of plates would they take it away. When I was trying to get my food, there was a bunch of chefs that were in my way. Not because they were refilling the food, but rather talk to other people. The only thing that I do appreciate is freshness of the oysters and the fact that the water did not taste like tap water!

Very expensive. There was not a very big selection of food and I basically got the same foods each plate. Service was not very good as well I had a stack of plates untill it was finnaly noticed by workers who took them away. The thing I am surprised about is I found edible gold on a macron.
