Excellent food. Horrendous service. Waiting for our reservation then to be put onto the wrong table and being moved after we had sat down already. Waited 15minutes to be attended to. Not enough menus brought out. Waiting and waiting to order drinks. Could not keep track of our dinner order and kept on asking if we are still waiting on anything. Our prawn dish came out at 11pm when ordered at 9.30pm After we had all finished eating and settled

Been there recently to take a friend out for his birthday. We had the 8 course Omakase. We all agreed that the food there is the best that we've all had in a love time. The first few plates and the sushi nigiri literally made our taste bud danced!! I would give it a 6 out of 5 star just for the food!! The 4 star rating is due to the atmosphere, it was very loud and most of the time we cannot hear our waiter explaining the dishes or talk to ourselves.

Stay in crown and Nobu is just steps to the hotel. Average food but very busy during dinner time. I have to say sushi roll are far better than sashimi here.

Service is the downfall here, it took far too long to be offered a food menu to begin and we arrived at 5:15 for dinner and then one of our drinks was forgotten about until we advised a waiter for the table next door. Food was slow to arrive but was ok when it did. The waitress mentioned we were on our last dish when we still had another two to arrive. Finally our last dish arrives and as soon as it does another waitress asks if we want to order something else when we have only just started eating. Lastly to top off the bad service we sat for a long while before having to ask for the bill and of course they give us the wrong bill. Overall terrible service.
