This private hospital is both modern with new extension and old. On 3rd March admitted for day surgery and waited over three hours before pre procedure work. Why can't they provide approximate times, three hour wait is just poor management and poor planning. They need to do this better. No apologies, just stop complaining. Was going to leave after waiting so long. I don't mind a one hour wait, with today's basic planning, it's called simple skills. Then discharged early, as their hours were up. Not impressed.

I got admitted to this hospital for a minor surgery. All the staffs especially nurses were so professionally good & friendly at the same time. They were very calm and collected especially to handle a patient like me - who was very nervous and all. I'd recommend the hospital for everyone due to its top-notch quality, great services and world-class facilities.

My experience at the hospital was excellent. I was here to have surgery with Dr Lee who is a specialist in gynecological surgery. The nursing staff were wonderful (in particular Sarah who looked after me) but to be honest every person I dealt with was professional and friendly. I would recommend the hospital to others.

My 17 yr old had his first Op done here for some wisdom teeth removal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept our wait time to a minimum which was good for the nerves. All the staff introduced themselves by name to us and told us clearly what to expect. Very impressed with this hospital. I was most impressed by the professionalism of the theatre recovery nurses, they were great and talked to you like you mattered. They obviously like their jobs here. Thank you for a positive experience.

The staff here are efficient and caring. Significant surgery was undertaken by a doctor external to the hospital but who operates here. Private room was spacious. Bed could have been more comfortable. Food is ok and varied.
