Had an appointment at 3.10, I checked in through the receptionist.nShe has not checked me in properly so I had to wait sitting for almost an hournI missed the appointment with Dr Ahangama and they changed my doctornHats off on how you guys treat your patientsnI am really disappointed.

We attend Qualitas Medical Practice Rowville and the doctors are fantastic, really caring and great with kids. There is never a long wait and you can always get an appointment.nnA special thank you to Tracey at the front desk, I have a child who is autistic and after a long day at school was feeling  overwhelmed. We had a doctors appointment straight after school and my child was on edge.  I told Tracey we needed to wait outside as my child was starting to act out and she asked if my child would like to colour in instead. She moved us to a quite spot whilst we waited, she provided both my kids with colour in print out, coloured pencils, stickers and some jelly beans. She absolutely made my day and it is not often you get someone like this that just gets it. Give this women a pay rise!!

I am quite disappointed by his grotesque way of serving us especially because the appointment was for my little 3 year old boy, zero charisma with him, not friendly at all, on the contrary, my husband and I attended the appointment because we are both really worried about our little one's health, but since we arrived she seemed very accelerated, she didn't really listen to us, I asked her to read his   test results and she rudely responded that we had already seen them, and she was mistakenly looking at some previous results she hadn't even seen the last result until I insistently told her that the results I was asking for were different, really unprofessional and every time my husband and I tried to explain my son's symptoms to her but she rudely said that we were asking her a lot of questions that she didn't have time for that and we hadn't even been in the consulting room for 5 minutes, or rather she interrupted us, didn't even let us talk, she checked my son in seconds, hurriedly and with a surprising lack of empathy. She seemed to treat us with anger, angry, she was too rude and disrespectful. Before leaving the office I told her what I perceived of her attention and she told me that she did not have time for those complaints, that I should complain to the reception. I don't usually leave this type of review but as a parent you look for support from professional people and not receiving even kindness is actually very frustrating. It is the first time that I have made an appointment with her because I had seen in her profile that Dr Amelie Dow had special interests in paediatrics and women's health, but not practiced it with us.nIn general, except for her, I have received very good attention from the clinic, the girls at the reception are very friendly.nI will try an othe GP that will take care of my son.

Such rude, condescending and horrible service from Dr Abdul Masud!! Had never had problems at this clinic in the past but somehow now I am never able to get any assistance as Dr Abdul Masud simply refuses to help. Glad to see I am not the only one dissatisfied with this person.nnThankfully reception has always been polite and they were helpful when I asked if I would be able to leave a complaint about him and how I can go about seeing a different doctor at the same clinic.

Great service, receptionist explained in detail about allied health care support.  The practice offered very friendly and professional service and I was able to make an appointment with the physiotherapist for the next day due to a last minute cancellation so I am very pleased.
