Lovely and caring female doctors at Rowville medical clinic. They are attentive and I feel I am listened to. There is a pathology just next door which is super helpful. The nurses there are fantastic and very gentle when giving injections/vaccines. There are waiting times but it’s usually about 20 - 30 minutes. The doctors clinics closer to home have 1-2 hours so this is no problem for me. They have a self check in the clinic now which sends you a text message with a link to track where you are in the queue, I find this extremely helpful.
Always a pleasure dealing with the the people at this medical centre. The receptionists and nurses are polite, compassionate and full of patience. The doctors listen, are sensitive when examining and explain things clearly. Highly recommended, I'm very happy with them.
Pretty woeful if you ask me. Typical of most doctors these days, overbook their day. You are expected to arrive on time or early but then wait at least 30 minutes without even being checked. The reception girls are pretty hopeless, very abrupt and give no info. Not a very nice place to come to. The music playing in the waiting room comes through annoyingly crackly speakers... was the place built in the stone ages? Why is it normal practice to be at least 30 minutes behind every time? Used to be a nice place but it's obviously all about the bulk bill these days... swipe your card and wait until we decide.
Very bad service, first day cancel my appointment because of doctor Peter Li not come to the clinic. And I nicely accept their rearrangement about booking next day. Second day, one doctor called me, I have a five minutes consultation with the doctor, and I ask her to send me a Medicare certificate through email, however I did not get any email for three hours, so I called back to ask reception why I didn't get your doctor's email. She just told me to wait another four hours and hanged off the phone. Really really really bad service. If you want see doctor on time, consider my feedback.
Dr Thanuja is the best. Such an amazing person. She listens and genuinely tries her best to help. She conducts thorough investigations through a variety of tests and seeks opinion from specialists where necessary. Always follows up. I wouldn’t go elsewhere!
I've managed to get milk from a bull before I've been to get my medical history transferred the later of which still hasn't happened!. It's unfortunate as the doctors have been very kind and courteous to deal with, however the reception team seem to get nothing done with very poor communication! If you need to call this clinic don't bother as they won't answer the phone!
Booked in for a vaccination but was told the nurse had family emergency and couldn't do it. We took the day off work for the appointment and was very disappointed. However the practice manager was going out of her way to help us get the vaccine very promptly afterwards and even offered to cover the charge. The practice manager really cares for the patients.
Made a telephone appointment at 4.30pm. Made myself available till 5pm. Then I decided to call - had to listen to to their voice msg stating I'm in the queue. Then disconnected. Called till 7pm no luck. Drove to the clinic- it had a a message on the door stating sorry we are closed due to foreseen circumstances. Why can't u call your patience with appointments and notify them? Why can't you put a message on your voice mail stating that you are closed instead of you are in a queue. I am extremely disappointed with the way you run the clinic. Poor Management
Worst medical clinic I've been to in any part of the world. Terrible front reception experience followed by unnecessary wait time only to realise that I was never in the que anyway as existing registered patients were given priority. After 45mins of waiting, and after asking the reception for the status only then I was told to wait another 10mins! I asked them to cancel my appointment and told my children to walk out with me. It should be a 0 star rating and my advice to any one planning to go there..find another clinic! A very disappointing practice to be in Rowville area!
The service at this medical centre is appalling! The reception staff never answer the phone and if they do, they are rude and discourteous! It's near impossible to make an appointment or contact them for any reason. The doctors working there may be good but the reception staff is unwelcoming and bring the whole medical centre down!
