The worst experience I’ve had ever! EVER! Dr Rubini has been lovely all this time and that’s why I kept going to her. Today I had the most horrific experience with her. I’m still In shock! I saw her for 2 reasons and once I finished Discussing the first I then spoke to her about wanting to see a Psychologist and asked if I needed a referral or a mental health plan. She came on to me and said “I should have started the appointment with that as mental health plans take 30 minutes and she doesn’t have time for that and she can’t make other patients wait” she went on to saying people take advanced of the system and that I should be asking for a plan only if I was mentally ill! She also went on saying u can’t ask for a mental health plan because u going through divorce. I was dumbfound! I’ve never heard anyone react that way to a person asking for help. People ask for help when they really need it! I’m still just shocked!
The worst experience I’ve ever had with Dr. Rubini. You expect a GP to take care of their patients and treat them with care and kindness instead I got the complete opposite treatment and was shown complete disrespect and an attitude from her. I was shocked by how she could treat her patients like that. She had also treated one of my friends the same way just when I thought I was going crazy and maybe it was only me she had done that to. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to her even in the most desperate of times!
The great reviews this clinic has received is what drew me here and I can confirm they are well founded. Dr Rubini does not only provide excellent service, she cares a great deal for the individuals that come through her clinic. She is a dependable presence who has a bright and warm personality. She has also shown me great integrity and will give you the best care and advice over what is most profitable for the clinic.
Terrible personality by Doctor Rubini. Please source other local doctors, This practice is not worth your mental health or wellbeing, everyone please stay clear & have a healthy mind. Your are worth it X
The doctors there are very patient and understanding. They listen to my concern and needs, explain to me always very in detail so I can understand. Very caring and it’s my first choice for GP

Dr Rubini is caring and skilled GP.We are thankful for all she did for our family in the last 15 years. If we have any problems in our health her presence and positive words are more powerful than medicines. Thx u Dr Rubini.
New to the area and seeking a first appointment, I rang up and waited for over 7minutes before giving up. If they're so busy they can't answer their phones, I'd be disturbed by the wait time to see a doctor.
