Been a patient there for over 10 years. Booked an appointment with a doctor not my usual as couldn't get appointment this week. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment because I live 25mins away and have a newborn that needed feeding.nnWhen I got there the reception staff said I was late and the doctor had put me in as a fail to attend. I said sorry and that I have a newborn that's why I'm late.nReception staff said the doctor likes to run on time and there is no other appointments today avalaible. I was very upset.nSo I left. No compassion.nHaving a newborn is hard enough not to mention trying to get out of the house on time.nnMy husband rang to complain and they said they didn't know my situation. Even though I told them I had a newborn and I would had been happy to wait. They said I could come back now and they would squeeze me in, I was already 15 mins away at that stage. Think they could had delt with this better while I was there.nI am now leaving this clinic as a patient and going somewhere else.
My daughter needed a cast and I did not want to go to ED and wait for potentially hours for something that wasn’t an emergency. Booked an appointment with Dr Baker and he was the most patient and caring doctor with my daughter. He went through everything and organized for us to go next door to the physio to get a moon boot for her. It was all done in less than an hour and I was so glad I skipped emergency department to go here. Thanks team at Wellness on Wellington. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Never on time! And I mean never. Currently been awaiting 40mins past my appointment time.. but if your 2mins late they cancel your appointment.
Twice I had to find a go whilst recovering from surgery in Melbourne as I'm from Mildura. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Dr Ephraim saw me twice and was very thorough and helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough...thank you
I have found my “Doctor for life” at WOW as long as Dr……. stays there.nThis Dr is always on time, they never rush me out and they cover off on everything I have queries on. They be hard to get an immediate appt for emergencies but for ongoing health monitoring and day to day Health care they are the best I’ve found anywhere.nWould provide Drs name but then they’d be even harder to get an appt with.nOverall WOW are great. The nurses provide great service when required for serious wound dressing and follow up redressing and assessing.
