Rowville Health has been servicing the community since 1988. As a large multidisciplinary practice we have Doctors, Medical Specialists, Psychologists and other practitioners for all your needs.

Rowville Health is a fully accredited practice and an Accredited Training Practice with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Monash University.

We can care for all your health needs from immunization to minor surgery.

Whenever anyone tells me they are looking for a GP, I always recommend Dr Tony Long.nnDr Tony is a really kind and compassionate doctor who really takes the time to hear your concerns and issues.nHe really pays attention, really listens to you and he really makes you feel heard.nDr Tony has never made me feel silly or dismissed my concerns.nPlus he is also very friendly and not scary at all.nnDr Tony Long is the best GP I have ever had!nHe was my doctor at a clinic much closer to my house, but has now moved here to Rowville, but I am more than happy to make the journey here for Dr Tony Long! :
Since about six months ago, I started seeing doctors at Rowville Health for my health issues. I had been very impressed and grateful for the friendly reception team and the doctors I had seen, until today Monday, 13th Oct. I had an appointment with a Doctor and went to the reception to register. Approx 1.50 p.m..nnThere were two Caucasian ladies ahead of me, so I waited behind them. However, they then moved away, letting me go as they were discussing something.nnWhen the receptionist called, I moved to the counter as I was next. However, the lady was not prepared to speak to me; instead, the two ladies who had moved out of my way due to their own choice. I mentioned to the receptionist that the ladies are not waiting and I was next, but I was completely ignored, and the receptionist was still calling the two ladies. Eventually, they told the staff that they were not ready. Then only I was spoken to.nnI felt embarrassed and somewhat humiliated by the way I was treated.nnThis was the only time I had an issue at Rowville Health, so my comments are intended to improve staff training on profiling and emotional intelligence. So i still consider it excellent facility, hence Five Stars.
After a bad experience with my previous doctor I have seen my whole life at a different clinic, I decided to change clinics to Rowville Health and it was the best decision I've made. I saw Dr Cassie Zhou and she was kind, sympathetic and caring. She truly listened to me during my visit and i felt genuinely understood. Her compassion and attention made a huge difference in my experience. The reception staff were also lovely. Could not recommend Rowville Health enough!
Beyond frustrated after paying for multiple appointments over the last two months only to be given poor medical information because my doctor just didn’t know the answers to my questions. In the end I researched the medical guidelines myself only to find that they directly contradicted what my doctor said. Think I’ll go back to my old doctor who actually knows what she is talking about or go find someone else.nEven more disgusted because my doctor hung up without putting me through to reception and I had to pay extra because I was at work and couldn’t call back immediately. If this is the policy then patients should be made aware beforehand.
I am so grateful for the kindness of everyone this morning who took care of our overseas visitor. It is not often that circumstances arise that you need everything to stop in order for you to become a priority, however this is what happened today. The care and level of compassion was sincerely so beautiful that I can not thank all of the team enoughnAnne, Simone & Dr. Daniel... Thank you
