Rowville Health has been servicing the community since 1988. As a large multidisciplinary practice we have Doctors, Medical Specialists, Psychologists and other practitioners for all your needs.

Rowville Health is a fully accredited practice and an Accredited Training Practice with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Monash University.

We can care for all your health needs from immunization to minor surgery.

Clinic staff initially said they could fit us in despite being full, knowing we had a two-month-old infant with a fever. However, upon arrival, we were told the doctor couldn't see us and we had to go elsewhere. This could have been easily communicated over the phone itself. ****Reply: Calling us to the clinic knowing we had a 2 month old and then supplying phone numbers is not justified, least you could talk to your doctor before, if they can adjust someone in their schedule specially one with infants. You could have supplied phone numbers via phone itself, not sure how hard is this to understand.
This is not for Rowville Health over all, as I have ad a majority positive experience here. Today we took our child during the Bulk billing hours only to get the rudest dr we have ever delt with. She started by telling us that she doesn't bulk bill. then proceeded to ask if we wanted to continue. When we told her that we thought it was a bulk bill appointment she rudely said goodbye. We asked if there was another that we could see and all we got was talk to the reception. Normally the reception people are very helpful but this person was also rude and said we should have known that this Dr didn't bulk bill. I showed her the confirmation which didn't say which dr we were seeing just the time. How are we to know the dr doesn't bulk bill if we don't know which dr we are seeing.nI have had a really positive experience with most of the drs there but this time makes me wonder if I should change providers.
Continuity of care is amazing, I have been coming here since I was a baby and now Dr Merrigan looks after my kids. Never a long wait and always smiles at reception nThey really focus on patient centred care which is so important
Friendly, family oriented medical practice. Lovely reception and nursing staff who always try to help with any questions or problems. My family have found the doctors to be professional, caring and supportive at all times. Highly recommend Rowville Health based on our family’s experience over 30 years of attending this clinic.
Excellent customer service at front counter and Doctors are very knowledgable, caring and a pleasure to deal with.nI highly recommend this Clinic to everyone as my experience has been second to none.
