Rowville Health has been servicing the community since 1988. As a large multidisciplinary practice we have Doctors, Medical Specialists, Psychologists and other practitioners for all your needs.

Rowville Health is a fully accredited practice and an Accredited Training Practice with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Monash University.

We can care for all your health needs from immunization to minor surgery.

While my overall experience with the clinic has been positive in many ways, I feel there is a noticeable gap in up-to-date knowledge, experience, and understanding when it comes to perimenopause and menopause. These stages can present with a wide range of symptoms, and earlier signs are not always being recognised or connected to perimenopause as they could be.nnGreater awareness, education, and support in this area would make a meaningful difference to patients navigating what can be a very challenging time.nnResources such as the work of Dr Mary Claire Haver, Dr Vonda Wright, and Elevate MD are incredibly helpful in guiding and supporting many women through this journey, and I believe they could be valuable for medical professionals as well.nn 5 stars for reception, who are always kind and caring. The nurses are lovely, and my doctor is wonderful.nnKnowledge is a powerful tool.
I saw Dr Lisa Yoffa last year in regards to dealing with various abdominal issues, after getting me to do one gluten test she decided I had IBS and ignored the rest of my symptoms even after I inquired further. I saw another doctor who listened to me and I have since discovered I had stage 2 bowel endometriosis. Very disappointed to feel dismissed by any GP, but especially by a female GP.
Experience with the reception is bad, I am new to this place and asked if they do vaccinations and if covered by Medicare, she explained and all everything sounds great, booked me in but she forgot to mention I have to see the doctor prior the vaccination and I have to pay for the consultation. I was feeling funny why doctor call me in, then after the session, she apologise that she forgot to mention I have to see the doctor and pay for the consultation. So I have to pay $50 for doctor consultation that I do not need at all.nIf I would have known, then I wouldn’t have done vaccination with you, that’s why I asked at the beginning. It’s really upsetting because I pay for nothing and all she can do is sorry and she said some cases i do not need to see the doctor and then can be all bulk bill. But what’s the point to tell me all this after everything. Then I realise they didn’t actually have consultation fees listed or any disclaimer sign before my session.nI don’t think I want to go back again.
Whenever anyone tells me they are looking for a GP, I always recommend Dr Tony Long.nnDr Tony is a really kind and compassionate doctor who really takes the time to hear your concerns and issues.nHe really pays attention, really listens to you and he really makes you feel heard.nDr Tony has never made me feel silly or dismissed my concerns.nPlus he is also very friendly and not scary at all.nnDr Tony Long is the best GP I have ever had!nHe was my doctor at a clinic much closer to my house, but has now moved here to Rowville, but I am more than happy to make the journey here for Dr Tony Long! :
Dr Catherine Macindoe is lovely.. in my job as a carer, ive accompanied people to many General Practitioners over the years, & Dr Macindoe is really compassionate, understanding & very knowledgeable.. I'd recommend her to anybody.. the same goes with Dr Darrer & Dr Gan..
