First Health Rowville was recommended by our Maternal and Child Health nurse, who said it is one of the very best practices around by far. We have not been disappointed. We travel 6km to get there, when there are heaps of surgeries much closer, and don't mind putting up with a bit of a wait because all the medical professionals here are first class, really caring and approachable.  We can always get an appointment at short notice too. We really like our main doctor, Dr Swapna, but whenever we see other doctors or nurses, they are all great too. We're really thankful for the quality of care First Health provides. Thanks guys!

Sue the receptionist is cranky and rude and extremely difficult to bear. She makes you feel like a burden on her for coming to the doctors. She's rude on the phone and even worse in person. Makes someone with mental health issues find it hard to visit. She neds to find a new job because she obviously doesn't enjoy this.

The doctors may have gone to school but the reception hasn't, short and rude on the phone, +45 minute wait just to realise they hadn't even processed my new patient form and I could have been in and out in 15 minutes instead

The receptionist need some customer service skills , she was rude , as someone had made her sit there forcefully , damn you can feel the voice in phone , be little friendly its not that hard

I have had to go to this clinic several times in recent weeks for different ailments, seeing 3 different doctors. All the doctors have been lovely & thorough, never once did I feel rushed out the door as I have with other clinics, my local one of 10+ years included (why I decided to come here). One visit was a 'walk in' & I was rushed into a treatment room & given immediate & excellent care by a nurse & a doctor, then followed up & given ongoing care. The reception staff are lovely. The waiting times are not too bad, I have waited much longer in other clinics & see wait times indicative of the time doctors spend with other patients, some requiring urgent care or a bit of unforseen time to be allocated, I understand that as I have been one of those patients. This is my new go to medical clinic now & I'm happy to have them in my neighbourhood.
