It's clear to me, that none of the doctors at this clinic, even care about the reviews they're getting, (which most of them are very negative,) because if they did, then you'd assume they'd change their attitude, but judging by so many disgruntled comments about this clinic they haven't. I once asked about a couple more issues that I had, apart from the main one that led me to go there in the first place, and was told that next time I have more than one issue, I'll have to make a longer appointment, even though the other issues were minor and I only wanted them looked at, so they would have only taken a few extra minutes to look at. So I have to make a longer appointment in this instance, but they don't mind making us wait over an hour at times, even though we get to our appointments on time, and in some cases, early??!! Why is it so hard for these so-called professionals, to be nice and at least, 'professional,' and at the very le ast, polite to people who are at times, seeing them at their most vulnerable? I really thought that doctors were supposed to be compassionate, which is why they become doctors in the first place, but clearly I'm wrong!
