Went to the hospital for rehab after knee surgery and had a very positive experience. The nurses were caring and very friendly but professional and the physio staff got me moving again and provided excellent follow up care. The menu and food options were very good and the food was tasty and met my needs as a gluten free diet was needed. I will definately chose this facility again if i need to

I wish i could give this hospital zero stars, it does not even deserve one. Staff were extremely rude. I was given toilet paper to wipe my mouth with after i had thrown up. My mum was fed leftovers from other patients. They constantly mixed me up with another patient and gave me her slippers, and ALSO at one point came running in to inject morphine into me. my mum asked what they were doing and then they realised they had the wrong patient. I was only 11 years old and scared for my first operation.. they told me my mum would be able to stay with me until i had to go into the operating theatre. However some rude staff member told her to leave for some reason? The nurses wheeling me in to the room asked me where my mum was and told me she couldve stayed with me and i didnt even know what to say. Honestly this was a while ago as i was 11 and my mum and i have blocked out most of what happened because it was such a bad experience (especially for a private hospital!!) so there was probably more bs going on. You couldnt pay me to ever go back here!!!!!!!!

If you are going to the BOC Sleep Care business in this hospital: - If you have a stuffy nose, do not let them give you a nasal only mask. I strained something in my chest trying to make this work. - If you have a large head, do not let them give you an inappropriately sized mask. Seems like a basic detail, right? - Note that this is a business. You do not need to buy CPAP equipment from them just because they provide a "diagnosis". There are many equipment suppliers online.

The hospital is lovely - its staff was very understanding of my needs. My only concern is the nurse call system/ emergency button is located on the wall near the patient's bed. How is a patient who suddenly has excruciating chest pain or an epileptic seizure be able to get down the bed to press the emergency button? Hope someone reading this will be able to make some changes to make the call system safer.

We were in the Trauma rehab, may be we are the unlucky ones.This hospital is a disaster for us. Very unprofessional nurses and rude attitude, always want to discharge my partner, even he had got some special conditions, very bad injuries and still not able to make movement properly... we are not the fussy people, we always try to be co-operated and friendly, but this time I would give negative score if I could. This is the WORST experience we have ever had!
