Sitting in the waiting room at the Heart Monitoring Clinic at Monash - Dandenong Hospital and I over heard two employees making fun of a senior citizen who couldn't afford their Heart Monitor. And I quote "I hope they go somewhere else and have to pay double!" And then went on to laugh about this person and call them derogatory names. Absolutely disgraceful!
Not bad but there communication needs work was once keep waiting because a nurse didn't know I was there/waiting
