I had a last minute request from my surgeon. They were able to fit me in within the hour. All staff - reception, doctor and assistants were so friendly and made me feel calm and relaxed. My wait time was less than 2 minutes. Great experience : Thank you
Very impressed how friendly, relaxed and professional the ultra-sound sonographer was, as was the nurse and doctor. All provided personable service with the impression of a genuine interest in the patient and his well-being. The ladies at the reception desk should take a leaf out of their book.
Nurses & Doctor lovely during biopsy. However 7 days after my biopsy I called reception as my doctors still had not received my results- the lady said ‘oh they haven’t been forwarded on yet’ I will fax them through’ The fact biopsy results at waiting there and no one has bothered to pass them on to the referring doctors is quite worrying. Given how sensitive the matter is. Paid over $600, Called my doctor That afternoon. Still hasn’t been faxed through…im still waiting.
I booked the appointment for today and then saw the reviews so I was actually quite worried before I went there, but the staff members are actually quite friendly there including the receptionists and the doctors.
I just had an ex ray at Mulgrave private - zero customer service and empathy for someone in pain. The older lady there is dreadful. If only I could use my crutch
We did not have to wait long. Pretty efficient...
Cortisone injection would have cost me $119 plus they wanted to see a driver. My Uber driver that wasn't going to happen, Had to walk out will never use I-med again.
Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. Very clear on what was going to happen and walked me through the whole process.
The receptionist and gentleman who completed the MRI for my son were amazing and very nice. We were also in and out straight away.
