Small classes. Always something new to keep it interesting. I've tried a few different places and this is still some of the the hardest workouts I've done.

I love the feel of the gym and I also like the ability of the trainers to personalise the sessions to my needs. The just seem to know how to get the most out of me without me cracking it!
