Highly recommend CrossFit U. I moved here from the States and have been very impressed with the coaches and members alike. Everyone is super supportive ---- even with a newbie! The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, and motivating. True community spirit, which is one of the foundations of CrossFit !!!

Amazing trainers/owners who are highly experienced and very passionate. You can tell they love what they do and take so much pride of their business. These guys make it an absolute joy to get out of bed on a frosty day to train. I cannot speak more highly of this fitness centre.
