Had fun and really enjoyed during the period of my first training here! I was a bit worried if I could not follow the classes even I couldn’t make it for me after covid, to be honest. But it was ok every coaches tough me kindly and encouraged in each sessions so that I finished the first 4 weeks program well ! I recommend whoever likes exercising and if you are athletic person, go for it!!
The best team ever!! Thanks to Taylor and T gave me so much motivation, they are so friendly and welcoming all the time. They helped me get back to fitness and improve my insistency. definitely 5 stars team!!
I joined F45 Chinatown when I moved to Melbourne. Great trainers that create a welcoming community vibe which really helped me settle into fitness and Melbourne more broadly. During lockdown the trainers generously ran zoom sessions even while memberships were paused, which just goes to show how much they actually care about members. If you’re considering joining just do it! You won’t regret it.
Really a great club to practice CrossFit! Great equipment, great atmosphere, incredible coaches who adapt to you and help you reach your goals!
The sessions are great. The instructors are so friendly and motivating. Every class is has a new workouts and that’s amazing.
Great setting and very spacious workout space with a crowd of amazing coaches and members. Everyone is very nice and you know we're all here to get some fitness in but most importantly to have fun. The coaches are really supportive and will walk around and fix your form so that you get the best fitness out of it and ensure you're working on your goals. Nice functional fitness routines that will keep your heart pumping but of course it's all you and whether you push yourself too! The atmosphere definitely makes you want to continue.

Great workout and good location. Awesome trainers and a really friendly environment. The best workout I've had and so easy to build into your hectic schedule. F45 Chinatown has sister gyms in 2 other locations so you can choose your studio to fit your schedule.
Great studio! The trainers are very professional, helpful and motivating and it is a Very friendly and positive environment! Special care is paid to any injuries and they make sure the training is modified to assist in recovery. It’s a great location and the studio is very comfortable, spacious and clean.
