The most enjoyable experience. Great staff, great classes. I love getting up extra early everyday to join my friends at SPHC.

It has pretty much every machine/free weights you need (except decline bench bench).

Pleasant staff and is always very clean.

Have been a member for two years now (although haven't visited nearly as much as I should) and am very happy.

Those complaining on here about cancelling a contract get over it. You agreed to sign up for a certain period, if you want to leave early you are going to pay penalties. It's called a CONTRACT for a reason. Muppets

I signed for a 12 month contract (my bad) with this place and on the top of that I paid a "promotion" of $90 for 3 personal training classes which I haven't had time to use (yes, my bad again). Now that the contract is reaching to an end and I moved office locations, I asked them to take those $90 (already taken from my account) as part of the very expensive exit fee but they said that the $90 "went to the Personal Training Department". How come if I haven't used the PT classes yet? So I asked for a reimbursement and they said they can't.
I now see a lot of people facing the problems with cancellations and fees from this dodgy place and I can see this is their common practice. Stay away from this place. 0% recommended.

Signed up to a 3 month pass, paying a higher premium for this benefit. I only realised sometime after this period that I was being debited from this gym still. Contacted the gym to cancel and was advised there was a 30 day minimum notice period to cancel the membership. I advised I was on a contract for a specified period and I was not advised of this condition when I joined. As a result, I have found this to be dishonest and very disappointing. 
I also found this gym to be very expensive whilst also having poor facilities. The entire time I was a member, there were purported renovations and half the gym unavailable to use. To date this area is still unavailable and shows no sign of completion. Most of the equipment cannot be used at convenient times as a result of group fitness using it. I would recommend to find another gym - that wasn't so expensive, had better customer service and facilities.
