This gym opens early at 5 am and closes at 11 pm on Mon-Thu, which is really excellent for people working in the CBD. It is spacious, and not very crowded even during lunch hour.  The plus points include having an outdoor exercise area that has a great view of Flinders Street Station, and a steamroom within each locker area.

I'm a regular at Fitness First Glen and it is at least as good as Fitness First Platinum! All you pay extra for is the name "Platinum " for when you check in. A bit pricey.

Very big with two floor equipped with quality gym equipment. There are highly trained personnel trainers and it has a good cycling lab
