Great gym to do your workout. A lot more perks. Clean, well equipped and environment is cool. Although it's the only location that doenst greet or say goodbye since I'm used to it to other places.

The customer service is inadequate, the response capacity is delayed, they do not offer solutions to the clients and they ignore their requests. I have formally requested several times to cancel my membership because for strong reasons I can not attend and Snapfitness is still debiting my bank account. This has been happening for more than a month.

Matthew was extremely helpful. After changing address & needing a replacement access pass Matthew was able to resolve my problem on the spot without needing to drive back to Eastern suburbs; which was the only solution staff offered at two other SNAP gym locations...
