I used to love Kaya because of the people I met there. The staff are usually friendly (though only half smile), however, when it comes to cancellation and freezing accounts, their attitudes are terrible and don't care about customers much. Firstly, one good thing about Kaya is that they don't send overloading advertisement to your emails, but they never contact you when your contract is about to expire and continue to charge you until you contact them. This is fine. It probably had been explained in the contract. After I realize that the contract has expired, I contacted them and they asked me to confirm the cancellation through email. Considering that I may continue to use it in the future, I wrote back to freeze my account. The manger didn't reply until the next payment had been charged and said that the email went to junk mail. Well, that is ok as well, it happens sometimes. Then, I tried to contact the manger and communicated about these issues in person. He never showed up or replied or called back. My account was still active.The other day, I had to make the call to cancel it. Not a good experience at the end.

I've been a member of Kaya for over 4 years and thoroughly enjoy the classes on offer in particular Jose's circuit and pilates reformer classes. I've referred many of my friends and they've all had a wonderful experiences at Kaya. I attend both the Prahran and Emporium gym and whilst the Prahran member service experience has always been exceptional, I do feel that the Emporium is slightly lacking but overall, a great, well maintained gym!

Love the yoga classes. Facilities excellent. Nice interior. Being living closeby, wish they open until late and have more classes over the weekend

The Kaya premises are really beautiful but I mainly come because I love how experienced and passionate the Yoga & Pilates instructors are. Great place.
