The perfect work out for a busy lifestyle - small size/45 minute group classes with flexible times before and after usual daytime working hours and the option of doing one-on-one personal training as well. Have been a member for nearly a year now and it's become an integral part of my week; the classes are intensive but great fun. Move training club has top class facilities but what i really enjoy the most is the people - the instructors know exactly what they are doing and are all about making it fun while the people you work out with are all driven without the egos you have at other gyms! highly rate it and can most certainly recommend the overall experience.

Move training club is awesome. I've been going here for about 6 months. I've been a member of gyms in the past but I've never felt like I've got so much out of it before. And it's just a great place to be. Everyone is inclusive and friendly and classes are modified to suit all levels of fitness. Hopefully you work or live near by as there isn't a change room. But if you really want to push yourself and get the most out of your training, this is the place :)

Fantastic and encouraging training environment. The team bring the best out of everyone. Training is not limited to a specific style making it unpredictable and a lot of fun with great results.

Training is structured, focused and fun! A good mix of cardio, core and strength exercises which are challenging but achievable. Love the small classes and friendly trainers.

Small studio with a big emphasize on community. Trainers know members by name and are focused in helping clients achive there goals together.
