As a visiting athlete I was looking for a facility with a good mix of free weights, Smith machines and cardio (stair climber). The gym sustained my needs; it was clean, spacious and user friendly. The trainers where cheerful and knowledgeable. Get in and out when i wanted.

The service is horrible, the company are a bunch of thieves. They won't let me cancel my membership after continuously trying to stop the payments. Fitness first doesn't assist the customers trying to leave, instead they keep on putting their dirty hands in my bank account every fortnight, then they tell me l have to give them a 28 day notice before canceling after l called in a month earlier for cancellation. They use this technique to make an $120 extra off me. DON'T SIGN UP, it's a well planned trap by the company to have their clients frustrated enough to keep on paying. I hope you make the right choice and pick a gym the puts the customer's wellbeing first, because it's definitely NOT fitness first..

Worst Gym in Melbourne CBD. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Canceled my membership after a month.

A $4 fee charged per week to suspend my membership.. I've injured myself using your equipment so why should I have to pay this fee? Look elsewhere.

Came to Melbourne for a 5 week internship, this club merely offers a minimum of 3 months with no exceptions.
