I cancelled my membership a month ago but I am still being charged. Contacted the gym twice, but the problem still remain unsolved. The "guest service" is basically useless. All they can do is telling you that "there is nothing I can do."

Super convenient for students (inc. myself) can take a break, work out in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff, then return to study (:/) feeling accomplished and motivated!!
