Story

5th Element Wellness (5EW) is a little pocket of fitness excellence, right here in Melbourne. We apply a holistic approach to fitness and wellness.

With great training equipment, and beautiful Yoga studio, and employed Personal Trainers, we can ensure a great service quality far above the industry.

5EW is a place where every member receives some level of personalised fitness attention. In fact every new member has their body fat % and lean body mass recorded so we can track your progress.

Our goal is for amazing results at 5EW to be just the norm.

So glad to have been referred here! Their Blood Chemical Analysis is something everything must do! The knowledge and advice of staff on nutrition and using food to heal the body is out of this world and I am all the better for it! I still enjoy my infra red saunas and even though I haven’t had one for a while, the ice baths are amazing!

The 5ew crew are happy people that are all passionate about what they do and it shows. The passion is contagious and you will undoubtedly quickly see results after you start to follow their guidance. They care about your happiness as much as they care about your health. Big ups to Liam Copland - the PT that will get you jacked, drip feed you cosmic wisdom and will just plain get you, man!

I've been training here for a year and sadly need to leave as I'm leaving the neighborhood. A very unique gym experiences - high level personal training and attention, results oriented, a great facility and helped with recommending a diet to fit my program (vegetarian diet in my case). Best gym I've been to and highly recommended, especially for those who had bad gym experiences or are under the impression that gyms are not for them. Thanks Lucas (and Lucy)!

They say hard work and persistence pays off in the end - having an amazing, thoughtful and professional trainer is certainly a big part of it. I've been training at 5th Element Wellness with Nicole for almost 18 months and it has certainly been a life changing time for me. Terrific trainer, and brilliant wellness gym are a winning combination.

An exceptional gym facility with an even more exceptional coaching team. Thank you to the staff at 5EW who have made my time at the club incredibly beneficial, both from an educational perspective but also from a personal health/wellness standpoint as well.
