We love the outdoor pool here! Big pool, lots of space, wide lanes and everyone is so friendly. There's also lots of grass and shade for your bags and to sit down. Recently, we had friends of ours and their 8 month old join us and the lifeguards noticed & changed a slow lane to an "aqua play" lane. Such a kind gesture and made them feel so welcome. Thank you Northcote team!

Great outdoor pool for laps. Not too crowded and the double lane is a nice bonus. The building and changerooms are probably a little overdue for a makeover but on balance it's a great facility.

The indoor pool could do with an upgrade, outside pool ok. Entry cost is very reasonable. Plenty of car parking available.

Great outdoor pool but gets busy on a hot day so avoid in high temperatures. Indoor pool and facilities needs an update.

Joined for kids swim lessons, but decided to cancel after a couple of months due to cleanliness.  Outdoor pool is good and swim instructors friendly, but indoor pool and change facilities are in average condition and not as clean as you'd like for young kids.  Quite a convoluted process to get on the waitlist, sign up for and ultimately cancel a membership.. all paper forms etc and not easy dealing with the front desk

I have been using the facilities as a member, for around 18 months.  I have finally given up as going to this pool is just not an enjoyable experience.  I initially downgraded my membership as class instructors failed to show up regularly and then Covid hit, during which time I signed up somewhere else for my class fix.  Now the spa and sauna are still not available, the pool is often cold and dirty, the booking slots are too long and too infrequent to get good use out of the site. Management also make illogical and poor decisions and are always weeks behind other facilities.  This facility is run down and the value for money is just not worth it. I gave them a chance to recover after covid, but it Is still running reduced services when other pools are back to normal. I have signed up with another pool and and am so much happier and am enjoying swimming again.

Used to visit the pools here for children's lessons and casual swim. The chlorine in the pool is so strong, your skin is noticeably drier afterwards even when showering straight after. The pools feel grimy as do the change room. Only one family shower available. This place needs a good clean and maybe a revamp. The staff are not welcoming. Swimming lessons were a waste of money, singing nursery rhymes the entire time. The very young teacher also didn't explain what she was going to do before dunking my child under the water for the first time which was very upsetting for me and my child. Maybe some older more experienced staff would be beneficial. There are better facilities around!

For what we pay, myself and my partner are pretty happy with the facilities. There is always lots of parking and the staff are friendly and helpful. We use the gym, pools and spa. It's always been clean. Sometimes there are annoying kids in the pool. If you let the lifeguards know, they step in. Look forward to the upgrade. So far, a good experience.

To be honest, although the centre is local and handy, it could do with a major upgrade. The indoor heated pool and kiddie pools are fine, but outdoors needs attention. The dive pool has been out of operation now for over 10 years and looks like a dried up swamp. The 50m pool has only 2 lanes open for aquaplay, the rest are for lap swimmers. Canteen is adequate, cant really comment on the gym as I don't use it. Spa & sauna are good to relax in. Lots of shade sails outside provide shade for those not wanting to sit in the sun. Lots of parking available and lockers for your items. The main negative is when schools have swimming sports days and this sometimes means the pools can be unavailable to the public 2-3 times a week from Jan - March.

Outdoor pool has just reopened after major maintenance works. The water was visibly very dirty. The bottom of pool still looks like it needs a good clean. Helpful friendly staff at front desk. Senior management need to sort out pool cleanliness pronto. Yes, I am aware of how many people use the pool but it was reopen 4 days and not in peak summer school hol period.
