This is an amazing gym/training studio. The owner, manager and main trainer (Alex) are all very friendly and approachable. You're always pushed to do better but if you need to regress, they're still just as supportive. I haven't observed any "bro science" or heard the trainers promote any fad diets or products either. I would definitely recommend them to all levels. The studio has also undergone some touch ups and has been fitted with new equipment recently so it looks great now.

I've been to many group fitness places and many gyms. I've had the most progress out of all of them at Alterego. The classes are never more than 4 people so you have heaps of personal attention and the focus on actual strength such as squats and deadlifts and the attention to detail in each movement is wonderful.

Great gym for group activities, holds many varying group training sessions throughout the week of 2-6 people (often 2 so really good individual focus) that really get your blood pumping

Alterego is the best training studio I have ever been to. all the trainers are amazing. My results have been exceptional and the holistic approach to fitness has been life changing. Who would think that having a personal training session could open you up to so many new life skills that eventually bring your mind body into alignment. THAT is when the results start to happen. I couldn't recommend Hamish more highly, he has guided me through some pretty gnarly times over the past year and I've come out the other side feeling pretty damn amazing mostly thanks to him and this studio he created. Well done guys. KILLER work.
