There are three things you need to know about Tony: 1. His passion and expertise are unmatched 2. He is living, breathing proof of his own methods, and 3. He delivers results, serious results. I won't lie, this man is a close friend of mine, but it wasn't always that way. I walked into NEPT more than six years ago fat, lazy and unfit. At first I was very resistant to the idea of being trained by a bodybuilder, but I figured that if he could get himself looking that way, he could surely get me to my paltry goals of shedding a few kilos and running a bit further. Well, it wasn't long before the weight was flying off and I had to keep reassessing my goals and setting the bar higher. Tony's "secret", if you can even call it that, is hard work. This man makes you work hard, but always finds ways to keep you motivated. Having since left NEPT to train on my own, the work ethic and knowledge that he instilled in me throughout my time there has remained to keep me fit, trim and motivated to stay that way. Thanks Tony.
