After herniating a disk in her Neck, my partner spent 3 months in horrifying debilitating pain, she couldn't sit in a chair, every meal she would eat standing, she rarely slept, she couldn't travel in the car, couldn't go to work, couldn't be in crowds where she might get bumped.. After 3 months the odds of healing are very minimal and the only option is high risk back surgery, which had been suggested by two surgeons.... But within 2 weeks of seeing Carolyn her life changed completely. She was almost completely pain free and was back in the pool swimming laps. This was almost a year ago and she is still pain free and, is still swimming and has not had to go back for anymore sessions. It's all thanks to Carolyn Merritt who taught her the Mckenzie Method. If you have a herniated disc please give her a call!!!! This method completely saved her.

The treatment is always caring and Carolyn is very experienced. The consulting rooms are very smart and well kept. I highly recommend this practice and have been a customer virtually since it opened. My lower back issues are very much under control these days.
