No more Anytime. A place with a ridiculous cancellation rules and membership policy. After contract end, the membership wouldn't cancel automatically if direct debit failed, further you will be the one who owes money even if you haven't entered the gym again.

Rude manager. My fob key was out not working so I let myself in through the public access door and started training. The manager got in my personal space and was quite aggressive only to find out that I am a paid member. Offered no apology. Pretty much a bit of a dick ruining a good brand name. I'm still training in Preston and happy with the staff there.

Edit 5/4/16 Female staff member (forgotten name, apologies) very polite and professional. Changed my review from one star to three based on customer service alone as I no longer train here although a bit of friendliness over a phone call can make a massive difference. The location still sucks with little parking but the staff have changed their form. Solid three stars. I'd recommend this place if you don't have to drive.

Been a member for over two years. Manager is awesome and the gym is one of the best in Melbourne. Love how they enforce the rules like putting weights away and not dropping them! This is a pet peeve at other gyms in Melbourne. Keep up the great work

My new family - Anytime Alphington!
As a previous member of multiple gyms including fitness first, I love my local! The staff are amazing, personal trainers are always happy to help, the manager always greets with an ear to ear smile - fun and friendly environment!
