Take Shape Health & Fitness in Alphington is outstanding. Located in the inner North, the gym boasts some of the best, friendly and knowledgable trainers I've met. And it's not just about the reps or the weight you lift, it's about your life in your hands. I really love it there.

Jess is an excellent communicator and readily able to adapt the session to her audience. The environment is relaxed and not at all daunting. I would recommend Take Shape Alphington to anyone who wants to commence exercise or who wants to be motivated to continue.

I love the community of the gym; all the trainers know me and I feel they care about me and my progress, and I always have someone to chat to in a class. I love all the classes on offer as well and find the variety great.also no lock in contract, no exit fee, no joining fee, free trials and heaps of class package options are all features that make take shape great to recommend to friends.
