I've been training here for over 6 months now and have found the team here VERY professional. I enjoy the 'boutique' feel with no overcrowding while still having enough equipment, trainers (good balance of male and female) and classes to keep me motivated.  Having trained elsewhere for over 10 years, I think their pricing structure is quite reasonable.
PS: Also the other clients that train there are all nice as well, which enhances the experience!

Core Principles, a place for the whole family to train, my husband and I, as well as our 16 year old son and 13 year old daughter have all trained at Core for around 5 years. We choose Core because of it's personalised, boutique feel. The trainers are highly qualified, attentive and offer more than the standard gym service. The personal training is motivating, challenging and above all fun.

Mr16 has been training twice a week, being a teenager isn't easy and health and wellbeing is at the foremost of a parent's mind, it's changed his outlook and his attitude, the trainers are incredible role models for him and it's been so terrific for him to have a couple of sets of extra ears to ask about how his week has been, I can't even put into words the positive impact that the team at Core have had in his life.

We also love the diversity of group classes on offer!

Core Principles offer the total package. A great variety options including group classes, PT sessions, nutritional advice and more. Gene, Fran and the team are brilliant in every way, professional, motivated and lots of fun!  Highly recommend joining up at Core Principles.

Just came out of a yoga class with Suzy  - she's great - I feel renewed 😄
Love the range of classes avaible at Core Principles and everyone's really friendly. Having trained at other joints CP suits me better - attentive, friendly, plenty of range and times.
