After multiple physio and osteopath sessions with five different people with limited improvement, Bodhi was recommended by a friend. From the start Bodhi was a positive and professional experience. A modern and easy to navigate website and booking system, a warm welcome in reception and the treatment I received from Deb made a huge improvement after just the first session. Deb has a genuine passion for her work which is matched by her knowledge and skill in applying treatment.

Both my husband and I have been going to Sam at Bodhi Movement for about 3 years now.  We started on a recommendation from a friend when we were suffering from back pain.  After 3 sessions we were out of pain and able to carry on with the busy work of running a B&B.  We go every 6-8 weeks now for maintenance.  Our daughter and Son, who live abroad, both had dramatic results after 2 or 3 treatments and often remark on how lucky we are to live near the studio.  I attend the sound session and have enjoyed yoga there.  Don’t wait until you are in pain, book today for  a full body assessment and you’ll never regret it

I have had 3 massage sessions to date, I initially had gone for stress related tension in my neck and back.. not realising other parts of my body most of it needed some manipulation of tight muscles and tendons!! Each of the sessions have been beneficial in different ways, my last session enabled me to bend more easily which I only noticed the next day. Amazing results so far .. my therapist is Deb, I have had a few massage sessions over the years but I must say Deb really knows her stuff . I would recommend popping down to Bodhi... I wish I started months ago. You owe it to yourself! . Thanks Deb..
