Nice equipment, clean gym. Misses out on 5 stars due to not being allowed to deadlift a certain way because it "distrupts people downstairs and others working out". Was told I was "banging" the weight on the floor despite having video proof of putting the weight down in a controlled manner. Maybe install some deadlift platforms so this isn't an issue in the future. The sound of clanking plates and a barbell isn't going to disturb anyone's workout, it's a gym not a library.
