I had a relaxation massage with Georgia and it was absolute heaven! Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. Georgia was so intuitively responsive to my needs during the session and I was able to have a much needed energy release from some built up tension. I left feeling so much lighter and blissed out. If you are looking for a massage that nourishes your mind, body and spirit Prana House is the way to go!
I’m loving the Prenatal Yoga classes with Melisa on Saturday mornings. It is really helping me with this second pregnancy to slow down and take a moment to focus on me and connecting the bub. It’s helping calm the mind and any anxiety associated with pregnancy. I have done mums n mums yoga with my first pregnancy with Melisa and loved it just as much! So nice to reconnect again after 2 years for this second journey. Love the studio as well just beautiful.
I tried the intro pass and went to vinyasa, hatha and yin classes. The classes overall are meditative which I really enjoyed. However I found the hatha and vinyasa classes so slow that I didn’t warm up at all and found it hard to get into. It wasn’t for me but if you’re into a slower, meditative yoga that is less ‘exercise-y’ then this studio may be for you.
The Prana House Yoga 10-Week Introductory Course is a gem for anyone seeking a comprehensive and transformative entry into the world of yoga. The knowledgeable instructors, well-structured curriculum, inviting atmosphere, strong sense of community, and additional resources make it an outstanding choice for individuals of all levels. Just had a beautiful deep muscle massage with Georgia. She listened, read my body tuned into it and I left feeling wonderful.
I had the most relaxing full body massage with Sarah - Thank you Sarah. Prana House has a beautiful relaxing vibe about it and the most spacious yoga studios - would definitely recommend a visit!

Prana House is heaven on earth and is my sanctuary. I am a regular yogi at the studio and it brings me peace every time I visit. I love Julie’s yoga classes and absolutely adore the courses she runs especially the divine alchemy course. Thank you Julie for all of your support, healing and friendship. I would be a different person without Prana House and truly am blessed to have found such a wonderful space to connect with the community and to be around such beautiful wisdom and energy! This space is the most beautiful studio I’ve ever been too seriously. Because it’s so big you don’t ever feel packed in like sardines and always have room to stretch and move. The teachers always make me feel welcome and aren’t pretentious. And to top it off it’s fairly priced. Best yoga studio in Melbourne hands down
