Inner Outer health has really helped me over the past couple of weeks. Lina the myotherapist is amazing, friendly, holistic, caring and a really lovely person. If anyone has any aches and pains or just wants to relax this is the place for that! Myotherapy is a new concept however is amazing!

I came across Inner Outer Health from a FB Deal - a Flotation Session and a Massage. I really enjoyed the Flotation Tank experience but the Myotherapy treatment I received from Matt was what stood out on the day. I have had neck and back issues for years - finally I have found someone who understands my issues and after a treatment I feel amazing. I won't be going back to my physio. I feel so relieved that I have found someone who can help me.

I have suffered from migraines for over 12 years. More recently I fractured my foot and have other joint injuries. My neck muscles were especially tight. After just one session with Lena, my neck's range of motion had improved so much I was overwhelmed. I was happy at the prospect of being pain free but incredibly sad at so much needless pain. Even more reassuring is Lena's holistic approach. She works to correct the underlying cause rather than just treating the symptoms. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I had a sore hip for months and visited my physiotherapist, osteopath and chiropractor. I was told to stop exercising. I knew it was muscular so visited Inner Outer Health as I had great results in the past. Lina spent a few minutes checking me and started treating me. Yes it was painful, but I received the best relief from the pain and was able to sleep on my side that night. After a second treatment I am on my way to recovery, and don't seem to need any more treatments. Lina is a true professional and I would highly recommend her for any muscular issues.
