The staff at goodlife are absolute stars! My partner and I signed up together but he was diagnosed with cancer shortly after. Andrea and the staff were so helpful and supportive and we were able to do what was best for us without worrying about uncaring or mean staff. Andrea is a legend!

Firstly... No cable row machine! The times I have mentioned this it seems to fall on deaf ears as the person is usually a personal trainer trying to sell me a "free" training session under the guise of asking what I think about the gym. Seriously guys, just come out and say it, you don't care what I think about the gym, you're calling to see if you can procure a new personal training customer.... Second.... My gf finished her cycle class this morning and later went to female toilets where someone had had a very bad diarrhea accident and the toilet was disgusting, the smell was apparently unbearable!.... Front counter staff couldn't care less and was more interested in chatting up the guy she was talking to. This place used to be great, but it's on a slippery slope of late. Third... If you go in late at night keep an eye out for the youths throwing medicine balls from the second level. Goodlife's contract nullifies them of any responsibility even if they've acted in a grossly negligent manner such as letting dangerous idiotic behaviour continue even after it's been reported, so if one hits you and puts you in hospital, Goodlife will just turn the other cheek and move on to the next sucker.

I am a member here at goodlife and have been since it opened. So i have been here for around 3 years. I have been training for 10 years and have worked in the fitness industry. This gym has progressively gotten worse since its opening. In the begining the trainers were relatively good and the customer service was ok. 3 years on and there really is little in the way of customer service and the trainers are all fresh graduates from the AIF and 1/4 of them are overweight. Some off the things you will see the trainers make there clients do in this gym is absolutely terrifying and extremely dangerous for the client. You wouldnt be able to stop yourself from cringing at the sight of the hideous techniques and dangerous movements they preach to their clients. And if they're not doing that, the majority of trainers will practise and preach 1/4 reps and constant spotting with there clients.... maybe to inflate there clients egos or their own... The only reason i gave this gym 3 stars is for the equipment. It is actually above average with many platforms, squat racks and huge gym floor space. But with 95% of people walking around like zombies, barely training, doing hideous form, taking selfies, this gym is defineately not for the serious lifter. The energy in this gym is shittier and less exhalirating than watching two siamese fighting fish in a head to head battle.

I attended this gym at around 12pm, 1/9/17 for a casual visit and from the second I stepped in the door it was a positive experience. The three gym staff at reception were extremely polite, helpful and friendly and were very enthusiastic about answering questions I had. The gym equipment was very well maintained and this gym has a better range of machines and weights than most other gyms I go to. The gym floor space is larger then the majority of other gyms too. I will be coming back here again to train and I recommend others do the same too. You get your money's worth. Great value. Thank you.

Great Gym facility in a shopping center however the service was okay.
