Absolutely fabulous place. Each and every trainer go above and beyond to help you reach your goals, and always ensure the environment is welcoming and not intimidating to any new members. We joined in September 2017, and we haven’t looked back since!

Some moments change you for a life time. 12 months ago I signed up to become a member at the f45 Heidelberg studio and it turned out to be a much better decision than I knew at the time. As a mum to 3 boys and holding a full time job I had little time to myself, or so I thought. When I made the commitment to train I realised I did have time, I just didn't use it properly. Stella and the coaches make the environment so friendly and the other members are fun and always entertaining. I am now lucky enough to call some of them not only training partners but friends. This is the place I have ever trained and I can recommend them highly enough. This was by far the best decision I made in the past 12 months.

The best trainers, great workouts and a fun & supportive studio community! I've been a member of F45 Heidelberg for over a year now and I love it! This gym has changed my life, I've never been able to stick to any kind of gym until now...The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I didn't sign up sooner!!

F45 Heidelberg defines the word community. If you want to improve your fitness whilst getting your sweat on with a bunch of friendly people, join F45 Heidelberg. Not only will you work out harder than you ever have before, you’ll do it alongside some of the nicest people, whilst being guided by knowledgeable, approachable and supportive trainers. Cannot recommend enough!
